Koopmans sr., classification A, aluminum hull, deck and superstructure, teak deck, hardened glass in aluminum framing, round-bilged hull, centerboard, displacement approx. 27 tonnes, ballast approx. 8 tonnes lead, aluminum fueltank approx. 2 x 1750 ltrs., aluminum fresh watertank 2 x 1250 ltrs., aluminum sump tank 2 x 100 ltrs., mechanical whitlock wheel steering.
This Koopmans design ''Spirit of Blacklock'' was built at the van Benthem shipyard in Zwartsluis.
