GRP sailing yacht Jeanneau Sun Shine 36 "Sunshine", built in 1985 by Jeanneau, France, designed by Tony Castro, dim: 11.08 (lwl 9.35) x 3.85 x 1.90m., headway above waterline: 14.50, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, perspex windows, round bilged hull, fin keel, displacement: 5.4 tonnes, ballast 2.2 tonnes (cast iron), 1 x 80 ltrs diesetank: (s.s.), 2 x 75 ltrs fresh water tank (plastic), mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Upon introduction the Sun Shine 36 combined nicely swept lines with a comfortable and spacious interior. Going into the saloon, seating is available for at least 8 persons. The Sun Shine 36 has sleeping accommodations for 8-10 persons if needed in three double cabins and converted berth in the saloon. Sailing with family is no problem with 6 fixed berths. Tony Castro designed her sailplan and underwatership and she can sail with the best of them. "Sunshine" has a nicely kept interior.
