GRP sailingyacht Scanmar 31A "Realist", built in 1987 by Scanmar Boats Sweden, dim.: 9,40 (lwl 7,90) x 3,00 x 1,65 mtr, headway 14,30 mtr, design Rolf Magnusson, grp hull, deck and superstructure, new teak in cockpit (2000), hardened glass windows in alum. framing, forward deckhatch (2000), roundbilged hull, fin keel, displacement 3,7 tonnes, ballast: 1,5 tonnes, fueltank: 40 ltrs (s.s.) , freshwatertank: 120 ltrs (s.s.), tiller steering.
Nicely kept Scandinavian sailingyacht with good performance under sail if needed. Easy to handle, all halyards lead aft into the cockpit and fun to sail. Current owners have replaced and renewed lots of her equipment.
