GRP sailingyacht Contest 31HT "Sterna", built in 1975 by Conyplex, The Netherlands, dim.: 9,50 (lwl 7,72) x 3,15 x 1,75 mtr, design by Dick Zaal, headway: approx. 14,50 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, glass windows in aluminium frames, roundbilged hull, fin keel, skeg hung rudder, displacement: 5 tonnes, ballast: 2,25 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 100 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 200 ltrs (s.s.), tiller steering.
Upon introduction a "classic in the making", the Contest 31HT is a commonly well appreciated sailingyacht with good performance under all condtions. Proven to be a safe cruisingyacht, she is excellent as family cruiser for in- and offshore waters. This Contest has seen little use, currently owned by her second owner since 1998. Showing how much she is appreciated. Nice condition and ready to sail.

Sprayhood with s.s. frame and grabrail, sunawning, Lodestar 2M inflatable dinghy, Mercury 3,5 hp outboard (2004), lifebuoy, CQR anchor with 30 mtr and some chain, fenders, warps, boardingladder, etc. Underwatership treated with epoxy in 1999 (preventative treatment).
Sloop-rigged, Van der Neut gold anodised aluminium mast, s.s. standing rigging, Furlex headsailfurler, 5 sails: full batten main (1995) / furling 130% genoa (1995) / stormjib / workjib (1987) / spinnaker (1975), cover for main, slabreefing for main, tackle boomvang, 2 x Enkes 40C sheetwinches, 2 x Enkes 8 halyard winches.
