Built in 1984 by Picchiotti. 3rd owner since new, in very good condition both inside and out and only privately used. Most equipment renewed between 2002 and 2004 and fully restored. Robust sailing performance making 9 knots. Topsides repainted with Awl grip in 1997, anti-corrosion system to avoid electrolysis installed throughout boat in 1997.
Only 4 items not functioning: level meter for grey water tank, the 2 electric compass repeaters in the cockpit and the fuel consumption instrumentation. Since the water maker and wind generator have not been used a long time they are sold in as is condition. "Orc" has recently underwent a major refit and upgrade, most of the interior repainted and if needed new veneer applied, partially new floorboards, galley rebuilt, new mattresses in the cabins, refrigeration checked etc etc. "Orc" is now in good condition and ready to go.
