Vripack is a company well known worldwide for its prowess in Naval Architecture and design. Once again, they have come to the forefront with a mini series of yachts contracted by Gamma Yachts and built by Jetten Yachting. The new vessel was built utilizing Vripack's self-titled 'Smart Kit Construction'. The kit form of construction was introduced by Vripack at the 2009 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).
The principle materials used in the construction was steel for the hull, aluminum and composite for the superstructure. The Gamma 20 is actually 22.10-meters long, 5.85-meters wide and has a draught of 1.45-meters. She is built on a semi-planing hull platform which helps her develop speeds in the region of 16 knots with twin Yanmar 6SY 650.
