Moonen 72, "Aqua Domus" built in 1992 by Moonen shipyard in Holland, Dim. 22.18 x 5,40 x 1,90m, steel hull (SM grade approved), teak decks and aluminum superstructure (ALMg 4,5), round bilge hull with transom stern a level keel and flared bow, fuel, water, oil and sanitary tanks are built in a double bottom, capacity fuel tanks approx. 11.500 liters, capacity water tanks approx. 2.500 liters, capacity grey and black water approx. 500 liters, hydraulic steering system, second steering position on fly-bridge, emergency steering in engine room.
Moonen 72 "AQUA DOMUS" with round bilge hull and flared bow, built 1992 by Moonen shipyards, 4 cabin for 8 persons plus crew. Yacht is fully air-conditioned and has two generators, sea-rocq stabilizers and a bow-thruster for easy handling. Constantly upgraded and always maintained by a professional crew. New interior and technical refit in The Netherlands, both 2006, exterior paint job 2007.

Through stairs in the main saloon you entre the aft cabin of the yacht where the crew cabin is situated with ensuite bathroom. She is equipped with hot-air heating system, reversible air-conditioning system, hot water by boiler, water maker system (2.8 liter per minute), stove, oven-microwave, 2 x fridge, 2 x freezer, ice maker in living, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine downstairs in crew quarters.

Engines from 1992, consumption approx. 22-24 litres @ 8 knots / 40 litres @ 10 knots, speed approx. 5-8 cruising -max. approx. 10-11 knots, 4 blade propeller and oil lubricated shaft, hydraulic bow-thruster, sea-roq hydraulic stabilizers. Halon extinguisher system in engine room. The interior on the main deck has been overhauled (floors, ceilings and walls stripped etc) and some minor changes were made in the owners cabin (now sofa to portside) and vip cabin (now two single beds instead of double).
In 2006 the following technical work has been carried out.
Service of both main engines.
Pumps connected to the engines overhauled.
Service of the stabilizers.
New batteries.
New inverter.
