Marketing & Communicatie medewerker (24-32 uur per week)
Locatie: Naarden-Vesting
Jouw nieuwe uitdaging
Ben jij een creatieve duizendpoot met een passie voor marketing en communicatie? Bij ons hoofdkantoor in het prachtige Naarden-Vesting zoeken we een extra collega om ons dynamische team te versterken.
Je gaat je o.a. bezighouden met:
- Het creëren van inspirerende interne en externe communicatie
- Het beheren van onze social media kanalen, nieuwsbrieven en websites
- Het plannen van advertentiecampagnes zowel in magazines als online
- Het organiseren van evenementen en coördineren van promotiematerialen
- Het ondersteunen van onze kantoren wereldwijd en onze dochteronderneming Falcon Rydell Yachts
Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen. Samen met je collega van marketing en communicatie pak je deze taken op. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want we zijn constant in beweging – net als jij.
Wat jij meebrengt
Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt graag zelfstandig en vindt het fijn om dingen zelf op te pakken. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende taken en houdt van afwisseling. Het schrijven van duidelijke en aansprekende teksten is echt jouw ding, of het nu gaat om een nieuwsbrief, social media post of een interne mail. Daarnaast:
- Spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Ben je creatief en kun je goed overweg met foto- en videobewerking (of wil je dit graag leren).
- Houd je je hoofd koel in drukke situaties en werk je oplossingsgericht.
- Ben je representatief, secuur en klantgericht.
- Vind je het geen probleem om administratieve taken netjes af te handelen.

De Valk Yacht Brokers is een internationaal opererende jachtmakelaardij, gespecialiseerd in zeil- en motorjachten tot 60 meter. Met 9 vestigingen in Nederland en 19 daarbuiten zijn we een toonaangevende speler in de watersport. Onze dochteronderneming, Falcon Rydell Yachts, richt zich exclusief op de verkoop van superjachten.
Ons hoofdkantoor in Naarden-Vesting is de spil van deze dynamische wereld. We werken met een klein, gezellig team van vier mensen. Dat geeft soms wat chaos wanneer er bezoek is, maar dat hoort erbij. FREELANCE YACHT BROKER – ANTIBES (FR)
For the office in Antibes, South of France, we are looking for an active and enthusiastic Freelance Yacht Broker for the sale of luxury sail and motor yachts. This role involves welcoming (often international) clients warmly and respectfully, tell them all about our yachts, negotiate deals, draw up contracts and assist your fellow brokers where necessary.

Profile
We are preferably looking for an experienced yacht broker with commercial talent. Goal-oriented, proactive, representative and with excellent people skills, you have a good command of English, French, German and possibly Italian, along with experience in modern media. You know your way around the watersports sector and are able to handle hectic situations via a solution-oriented and efficient approach. You also don’t mind regularly working at weekends.
If you lack experience as a yacht broker but have completed higher commercial education, we would be pleased to receive your CV (with photo) and motivation letter (both in English) as well.
