The things that you did good was that you have a collaboration with a Swedish broker that I had some contact with before I went down to you. It is always good to have someone from your home country to be able to communicate with.
You had good service and were quick to respond to emails / phone. All the paperwork worked brilliantly. You have a stylish and good folder that all the papers were gathered in.
Tips for improvement:
Less good was that the boat wasn´t washed/cleaned or fully equipped the day we came down to drive it home (missing floor hatch).
A clean and fresh impression during the last contact is what you will remember most.
On the whole, we are satisfied and will recommend others to contact you if they are interested in buying a boat from Holland.
