The refined lines and the way the bow cuts through the water make the Dufour 40 very elegant. A subtle mix of performance and cruising. The underwater hull of this Dufour 40 Performance was renewed in 2020 with an epoxy laminate (makes the hull stiffer and free of osmosis) and the keel has also been renewed (NB not as a result of keel damage). The hull is recently painted. The standing rigg has recently been renewed. The classic deck layout makes the Dufour 40 easy to handle, even with a small crew. This fully equipped boat is ready for the new (3rd) owner & can be visited in the Netherlands.
