I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation and admiration for your colleague and the whole De Valk experience. From my initial interaction with Arjen he was extremely helpful, honest, professional and diligent. I particularly appreciated the time he made for myself and Ben when we visited Loosdrecht, the way in which he made his office available to us for the week, as well as the help provided with organizing the crane and MTU  to assist with my pre purchase inspection. Your Harbor Master and his assistants all went out of their way to assist with anything asked of them! The length Arjen went to was magnified when we struggled to organize transportation from Loosdrecht to Australia via Rotterdam.  Arjen and his team went out of their way to ensure everything was sorted out properly. This included dismantling some of the boat to reduce the size for shipping. For what it is worth, I would highly recommend Arjen, De Valk and the team at Rovade Jachtservice to any buyers in the future (no matter which part of the world you are).
