GRP sailingyacht MG 26 "Quango", built in 1985 by MG Yachts Schotland, dim.: 7,70 (lwl 5,90) x 3,30 x 1,57 mtr, design by Tony Castro as a 1/4 Ton Cup boat, deck hardware replaced 1998, grp hull, deck and superstructure, roundbilged hull, fin keel, displacement: 1,4 tonnes, balanced spade rudder, tiller steering.

Light white panelled interior, 4 berths, some stowage space. Jabsco u.w.toilet, small washbasin.

Yanmar 1GM10 8hp (5,8kW) diesel, installed in 1985, direct coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, two bladed prop, cruisingspeed approx. 5 knots, consumption approx. 1 ltr/hr,

Compass, Autohelm Bidata ST50 log and echosounder, Furuno GP-32 gps (2003), Raytheon 1000 tillerpilot (2003), VHF.

Fenders, warps, anchor and line, etc.

Fractional-rigged, silver anodised Proctor double spreader keel-stepped mast, s.s. rod-rigging standing rigging, forestay luff groove system, 4 sails: kevlar main (Relling Sails 2000) / medium heavy genoa I (Relling Sails 2001) / light genoa / 0.5 spi (Relling Sails 2002), mainsail cover, carbon fibre spi-pole, Lewmar 28 genoa winches, Lewmar 8A halyardwinches.
