'Elizabeth' has been sold

De Valk Loosdrecht has announced the sale of the 18.90-metre Elizabeth, the second time that the brokerage house has overseen a change of ownership since the motoryacht’s launch in 1999. Designed by one of Holland’s leading naval architects, Pieter Beeldsnijder, and built to the highest standards of Dutch craftsmanship, Elizabeth’s new owners will enjoy a yacht that features many technologies from the commercial shipping industry.

“We first came into contact with this ultra-sturdy yacht in 2002 when we sold her to a German couple,” explains Mark Schouten, the broker responsible for the latest transaction at De Valk Loosdrecht. “These owners cruised extensively in Scandinavia and Russia, chalking up over 20,000 miles in six years. Having entered a new phase in their lives, the clients asked De Valk to find a new owner. After several sea trials and an extensive survey showed no major defects, we soon found an enthusiastic buyer who is looking to take Elizabeth out for new adventures.”

In addition to her first-class design, exceptional steelwork, professional machinery and high degree of seaworthiness, Elizabeth benefits from a spacious interior and comfortable interior with all modern conveniences. Her wheelhouse is fully-enclosed and the yacht is exceptionally easy to handle by just two people.
