She has features that have never been incorporated in a Wim van der Valk Yacht Continental 1800 before. The aft cockpit has two integrated stairs leading to the bathing platform, to port and starboard, most of the Continental 1800 only have one. Unique of this ship is the extended roof on wheelhouse to aft of cockpit area, the folding hydraulic stairs from port deck for easy access and the continuous hand rail, without any irritating jumps.

The interior is finished with teak woodwork and blue lacquered high gloss panels. Extra attention has been paid to the large owners cabin with Blue Swans own logo to the glass partition, the TV hidden behind a beautiful framed mirror and a star-ceiling above the large double bed.

This Valk Continental 1800 is upgraded with 40 mm extra insulation, which makes her a very quiet boat. Blue Swan also has stabilizers, central heating and she has additional re-inforcement to her hull, so she is stronger built.
