Nicely kept sailingyacht with motorsailer characteristics by Seafinn Yachts from Finland. With her twin sleeping cabin, decksalon/pilothouse, she is very comfortable for sailing, entertaining and longer stays onboard. Fitted with a furling boom, genoa furler and bowthruster, she is easily handled by a small crew. Nice equipment list to.

GRP sailingyacht Seafinn 37 "Calypso", built in 1986 by Seafinn Yachts Oy, Finland, dim.: 11,65 (lwl 9,60) x 3,35 x 1,45 mtrs, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teakdecks, windows in aluminium frames, new deckhatches, opening portholes (some with fly-screens), s-bilged hull with moderate keel and skeg hung rudderblade, displacement: 6,2 tonnes, ballast: 2,3 tonnes, fueltank: 500 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 350 ltrs, Servi hydraulice wheelsteering in-/outside, emergency tiller. Hull is proff. painted in 2004.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins, saloon and decksaloon/wheelhouse, 5(+2) berths, dinette, headroom: 2,00 mtrs, 2 x uw-toilet, shower, Webasto diesel ducted hot air heating, galley: electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (220v/engine), Eno two burner gasstove and oven, Sawa front loading 12v fridge, lots and lots of stowage space and cupboards.
Volvo Penta 2003T 43 hp (31kW) diesel, installed in 1986, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, three bladed fixed pitch propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 3,5 ltr/hr, manual/electric bilgepumps, 12-220v electrical system, 3 x 120amp batteries, shorepower, Phillipi semi-automatic batterycharger, Vetus electric bowthruster.

Sloop-rigged, Seldén aluminium mast, Furlex 200S genoafurler, s.s. standing rigging, stainless turnbuckle covers, 2 sails: main on furling boom / genoa with uv strip, intergrated mainsailcover, cover for genoa, 2 x Lewmar ST30 sheetwinches, 3 x Anderssen halyardwinches.
