Steel Alm Luxe Motor 1500CL, built in 2007 by Jachtwerf De Alm, Netherlands, dim.: 14,95 x 4,50 x 1,00 mtrs, headway: 2,95 mtrs (with lowered mast), design by Euroship Netherlands, CE Class cerfication C (coast), steel hull, deck and superstructure, (6-5 mm), multichine hull, Plasmans double glazed tinted windows in aluminium frames, Wigo bronze opening portholes, fire-retarding insulation, displacement approx. 32 tonnes, fueltanks: 1000 ltrs engine fuel tank (steel), 1000 ltrs heating fuel tank (steel), freshwatertank: 1250 ltrs (polythelene), sumptank: 700 ltrs (steel), hydraulic wheelsteering with emergency tiller.
Classic light oak inteiror, ownerscabin forward; centreline double berth, cupboards and hanging lockers, ensuite a seperate showercabin with washbasin and seperate head (electric Altena uwtoilet) and washbains. Aft guestcabin with washbasin with cupboards and locker. Amidships the dinette with galley opposite. Galley equipped with double stainless steel sinks, electric waterpressure sytem, boyler hot water system, Electrolux frontloading fridge with freezer compartment, Bosch ceramic 220v four burner stove with Bosch combi microwave-oven and Pelgrim extractor.
On deck a spacious decksalon/pilothouse with helmposition and dinette with panoramic view of the surroundings. For easy acces on deck two slliding doors on either side of the pilothouse and large slidingdoor to the cockpit area. Forward and aft lazarettes for storage (and access to engine room).
