Anmerkungen des Maklers
The Island Packet range is quite unique. Their designer Bob Johnson succeeded in designing a well balanced cruisingyacht. The 370 also has the "full foil keel" that allows for shallow draft but not interferes with stability and sail performance. The interior is very spacious, has ample headroom and provides for full comfort for longer stays on board.

USA, dim.: 11,53 (lwl 9,45) x 3,99 x 1,30 mtr, design by Bob Johnson/IP Design, CE Cat A certificate, grp hull, deck (with antislip) and superstructure, Durashield gelcoat, Polycore decksandwich construction, Vynilester resins with 10 year warranty, toughened glass windows, opening deckhatches, roundbilged hull with full bilged keel for optimum stability and cruising comfort, displacement: 10,7 tonnes, ballast: 3,81 tonnes, fueltank: 284 ltrs (stainless), freshwatertank: 606 ltrs (stainless), sumptank: 200 ltrs (with mascerator pump and deck extraction), Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering with leather covered steeringwheel, emergency tiller.
Teak interior with light accents, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+3) berths, ownerscabin forward witch centreline double berth, guestcabin aft with double cabin, headroom: 1,95 mtr, dinette (can be converted into double berth), 1 x uw toilet with shower and washbasin. Webasto Airtop diesel ducted hot air heating.
