GRP sailing yacht Catalina 34, built in 1992 by Catalina Yachts Ltd, USA, dim.: 10,52 (lwl 9,09) x 3,58 x 1,70 mtr, design by Frank Butler/G. Douglas, headway above waterline: 15 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructures, anti-slip finish on deck and cockpit, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 5,4 tonnes, ballast: 2,26 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 94 ltrs, freshwatertank: 290 ltrs, sumptank: 102 ltrs (with macerator pump and deck extraction), Edson mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and salon, 4(+3) berths, U-shaped dinette (can be converted into double berth), headroom: 1,87 mtr, Jabsco uw toilet, washbasin and shower (with pump out), Webasto Airtop diesel hot air heating. Some interior varnish work to be done.
Galley: worktops with double stainless steel sinks, electric waterpressure system, hot water system (Quick boiler on engine and 220v to be connected), Tec 12v toploading fridge with holdingplate, Hillerange two burner gasstove with oven.
Universal (Kubota) M35 30hp (22kW) diesel, installed in 1992, approx. 875 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, propshaft and seal renewed, new engine mounts, cruising speed approx. 6,5 knots, consumption approx. 2,5 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, electric bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, 2 x 80amp batteries (2012), shorepower, Mastervolt 12v/30amp automatic batterycharger.
Ritchie pedestal compass, Sailor RT2048 VHF, Raymarine ST6002 helmpilot autopilot, Autohelm ST50 GPS, Philips radio/cd player.
Sprayhood (2011), lifebuoy, radar reflector, CQR anchor with line/chain, fenders, warps, boarding ladder, radar reflector, cockpit cushions, bathing platform.
Sloop-rigged, aluminium white coated mast with stainless steel standing rigging, Schaeffer genoa furler, 2 sails: main (1992) / furling genoa with uv strip (2010), mainsail cover, slabreefing for main, 2 x Lewmar 46ST sheetwinches, 2 x Lewmar 30ST halyardwinches, spi-pole. Sheets and halyards lead aft into cockpit for easy handling.
