The Hallberg Rassy 312 Mk II is a very popular model, built during 1979 - 1993. Totally 690 boats were built. 485 units were built of the MK I version. From 1986 the MK II was built, with the windows in the superstructure instead of the hull. Constructed with high-grade materials. Her warm and cozy interior provides lots of comfort.

Hallberg Rassy 312 Mk II "Liberta", built in 1989 by Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden, dim.: 9.42 (lwl 7.70 m) x 3.08 x 1.62 meters, design by Christoph Rassy & Olle Enderlein, built to German Lloyds specifications, headway approx. 14,70 meters, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak deck sanded in 2010, hardened glass original windows in aluminum framing, S-shaped hull, semi full bilged keel, displacement: 4.9 tones, ballast: 2.2 tones, fuel tank: 110 liters (grp), fresh water tank: 120 liters (grp), tiller steering.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front cabin and quarter berth, 3 (+2) berths, head room approx. 1.82 m, 1x toilet, heating, galley: 3 burner gas stove with oven, new fridge (2011) 12V with compressor, Wallas 2400 petroleum powered air heating, carpet renewed in 2011.
Volvo Penta type 2003 28hp (20kW) diesel, indirect cooling system, two-bladed fixed propeller, consumption approx. 2,5 liter-hr, cruising speed approx. 5 knots, 1x manual bilge pump, 12V/220V electrical system, batteries 2x 80 amp, 1x 60 amp, Mobitronic automatic battery charger, shore power.
