The Bavaria 36 "Karen" has a three cabin layout and is a nicely equipped yacht; in-mast furling system, Webasto heating, compressor fridge, spray hood, cockpit cover etc. She is ready for comfortable family cruising, easy to sail with her stoway sails, the first and only owner did everything possible to keep this boat in an immaculate condition.

GRP sailing yacht Bavaria 36-3 "Karen", built in 2003 by Bavaria Yachtbau in Germany, dim: 11,40 (lwl. 9,40) x 3,59 x 1,65 m, headway approx. 15,25 m, J&J design, GRP superstructure and deck, teak in cockpit, Plexiglas windows in aluminum framing, Lewmar hatches, round-bilged white hull, fin keel, displacement approx. 5 tonnes, ballast approx 1,56 tones, stainless steel fuel tank: approx. 150 liters, fresh watertank: 2x 150 liters. Sump tank, Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front and two aft cabins 6 (+2) berths, headroom: approx 1,85 m, Webasto air heating (3,5 kW), electric pressure water pump with pump filter, hot water through boiler. Saloon with comfortable settee, luxuriously styled saloon table, side boards with stowage space and lockers. Chart table with large compartment for nautical charts and navigation instruments, chart table seat with stowage for tools and book shelf, insulated cooling box with compressor, a 3-burner gas stove with oven - half cardanic, stowage for dishes, pots and waste bucket, self draining gas cylinder container.
Volvo Penta MD2030 21 kW/29 hp with sail drive, installed in 2002, engine hour counter: approx.1.450 engine hours, dual circuit cooling, cruising speed approx. 7 knots, 2-bladed fixed propeller, bilge pumps: 1x manual + 1x electric, Rev counter. Boat’s power supply switch board, automatic fuses with control lights, Volt meter, and electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power, Mastervolt 45 amp battery charger, fire extinguishers.
