The famous fast cruiser/racers DB1 and DB2 formed the basis for the extremely successful range of the Dehler 34/106. GRP sailing yacht Dehler 34 Nova "Sun Shine", launched April 1988, built by Dehler Yachtbau Gmbh Germany, hull number: 420-197, dim.: 10,60 m (Lwl 8,60 m) x 3,40 m x 1,70 m, headway: 15,40 m, design by E.G. Van de Stadt & Partners, built to Germanische Lloyds specifications, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, TBS anti-slip on deck, Perspex windows in aluminium frames, mosquito screens, opening portholes, round bilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 3,8 tonnes, ballast: 1,8 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tank: 60 litres (stainless steel), fresh water tank: 115 litres (polyethylene), steering wheel with leather cover, emergency tiller.
Nova interior with mahogany trim, saloon + two cabins, 4(+2) berths, headroom: 1,85 m, marine head with under water toilet (recent), wash basin with water tap, Eberspächer hot air heating (defect), galley with electric water pressure system, stainless steel sink, three burner gas stove and oven (thermal saved), 12v fridge, separate gas locker, two gas bottles.
Yanmar 2GM20 18 hp diesel engine, approx. 1.000 engine hours, direct cooling, mechanical gearbox, folding propeller (Slipstream 15x12 RH of 2005) + old propeller as spare, manual bilge pump, fire extinguisher, electric circuit: 12V, shore power, earth leakage breaker, battery charger.
