As with most Jeanneau's the Sun Fizz is no exception in performance under sail, easy handling and comfort. Her design by Ph. Briand, one of France's leading designers, is well proportioned and balanced. Looking at her accommodations, one is pleasantly surprised by sheer volume, amount of stowage space and headroom.

Classic teak interior, 3 double cabins and saloon, headroom: 1.95 mtr, 6(+4) berths, dinette, 2 x u.w.toilet, 1 x shower, Eberspaecher diesel ducted air heating (1997), galley; electric waterpressure system, footpump water pressure, Eno three burner gasstove and oven, Isotherm 12v fridge (1999).
Perkins 4.108 50 hp (36kW) diesel, installed in 1984, approx. 7800 runninghours, partial overhaul end of 1997, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, two bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7 kn, consumption approx. 3,5 ltr/hr, electric bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, 3 batteries, shorepower, semi automatic batterycharger.

Sloop-rigged, Isomat aluminium double spreader mast, 5 sails: 3 x main sail / genoa I (2000) / genoa II (1999), Main-Drop System with Lazy Jacks, slabreefing for main, mechanical backstayadjuster, tackle boomvang, 2 x 46CST sheetwinches, 2 x 40C sheetwinches, 2 x halyardwinch, all by Lewmar, spi-pole.
