Anmerkungen des Maklers
This fast cruiser/racer has new sails, new plexiglass, windows severl hatches and equipment. She offers a lot of space for a friendly price. Her condition is good, her owners still sailed her regularly untill the moment she was put ashore late november 2002.

GRP sailing yacht CONRAD 40 ''Sensus'', built in 1992, dim.: 12.00 x 4.04 x 2.00 m., headway 20 m, built by Atlantic in Poland, designed by Ina Gdansk, teak deck, GRP superstructure with new plexiglass windows (2002) and several new Lewmar deckhatches (2002), 2 dorades and 2 additional ventilators on the deckhatches, white round bilged hull with light blue striping, fin keel, displacement 8.800 kg, ballast approx 3.500 kg, fuel capacity 200 ltr. in stainless steel tank, water capacity approx 400 ltr., capacity sump tank 150 ltr. for black water, mechanical wheel steering with a stainless steel leather covered steering wheel, emergency tiller, 2 additional centre clamps for mooring, a large locker in the foreship for mooringlines fenders etc., large opening locker on the sternplatform.
Teak interior with blue cushions (new upholstry), 2 cabins, the aft cabin offers room to 2 to four berths dependable on the layout you choose, the forecabin offers 2 berths plus one in the saloon makes a total of maximum 7 berths, headroom, the forecabin has an ensuite head with a manual toilet, shower and washbasin, the aft cabin also has a ensuite head with a manual Jabsco toilet, shower and washbasin, Volvo 30 ltr. boiler for hot water system heated by both engine and a 1000 Watt 220 Volt AC plug, waterpressure system plus an additional salt water footpump in the galley, 12 Volt compressor driven refrigerator of approx 50 ltr., a Spitzner 3-burner gasstove with oven, a single stainless steel washbasin and a full set of crockery.
Volvo Penta 2003, 28 hp, building year 1992, direct cooling system, speed 7 knots (on engine), 3-bladed max prop folding propeller, stainless steel propeller shaft, fire extinghuiser, 1 manual bilge pump in the cockpit and in the saloon, electric automatic bilge pump, electric circuit 12 Volt DC and 220 Volt AC, 2 batteries each 150 Ah. for start and service (new, june 2002), shore power including cable earthbreaker and several plugs, CT 25 Ah. 12 Volt battery charger, meters for engine revs and fueltank.
