Anmerkungen des Maklers

The Catalina Morgan 45 features an elegantly appointed main cabin finished with varnished teak bulkheads and cabinetry. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are well conceived and carefully executed to facilitate access and maintenance. "Dream"is owned by the first owner since she left the yard in June 1996. "Dream" sailed on the Northsea and on the IJsselmeer with one longer succesfull trip to Spain in 2001. She can be inspected at our sales harbour in Hindeloopen where she is standing ashore.

GRP sailing yacht CATALINA MORGAN 45 ''Dream'', built in 1996, delivered in Holland in June 1996, building number 52, CE MRYG0052D696, registerred in holland, dimensions: 13,97 (lwl 11,53) x 4.11 x 1.70 m, built and designed by the Morgan Marine Florida corp., a division of Catalina Yachts in the U.S.A., GRP deck and superstructure, teak grating in the cockpit floor, an astonishing 23 Lewmar portholes al with blindes and most with flyscreens and 5 Lewmar deckhatches, white round-bilged hull with blue striping, wing keel with 4.150 kg ballast, displacement approx. 12.500 kg, aluminium fueltank approx. 215 ltr. with meter, 3 aluminium watertanks with a total capacity of approx. 600 ltr. with meter, 2 holding tanks each approx 50 ltr., Edson pedestal with cable wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Spacious and light classic teak interior, 2 cabins each with a double berth plus 2 in the saloon makes 6 berths, the foreward cabin has a king-sized bed in the middle, 6 drawers and 2 locker plus a seat and direct acces to the foreward head, the foreward head is equipped with a shower with drainpump, a washbasin in a corean worktop, and a manual ITT toilet, the aft cabin has a king-sized bed in the middle with 2 seats, 8 drawers and 4 lockers for cloth, a vanity table with mirror and chair, a seperate washbasin, and its own ensuite bathroom, the aft bathroom contains a seperate shower with doors and drainpump, a electric Par toilet and a washbasin, the spacious saloon has a sofa on the port and a L-sofa on starboard side, ampel drawers an entertainment centre in the bulkhead drawer and a huge bar locker next to the galley, the headroom is approx. 2 meters, the U-formed galley is placed on the starboardside of the cockpit and is equipped with several 220 Volt plugs, a 7 largelockers, a dustbin several drawers, a double stainless steel sink in a corean worktop, waterpressure system, manual handpump for saltwater, a Atag 220 Volt microwave oven, a large Danfoss compressor-driven refrigerator with holdingplate and 2 doors one with gasspring, a large spare coolbox with gasspring for the cover, a stainless steel Princess 3-burner gas stove with oven, crockery, remote gasswitch and a Webasto HLK 32 D hot air heating system, hot water via a stainless steel 20 ltr. boiler heated by main engine and 220 Volt, the passageway port offers wide acces to the main engine and utility room aswell as space for the navigation table.
