Anmerkungen des Maklers
Belle Hotesse white hull has been fully restored by a high gloss polish and wax, her tripple blue striping is spraypainted in awlgripp. Her teakdeck both on the deck and in the cockpit has been replaced in 2004. All her windows, portholes and deck hatches have been replaced both the glass and the windowframings.

Sailingyacht X-412 "Belle Hotesse", built in 1991 by X-Yachts in Denmark, designed by Nils Jeppersen, hull number 24, dim.: 12.90 x 3.90 x 2.20 m, white round bilged GRP hull and superstructure, teak laid decks, teak in cockpit all replaced in 2004, dark blue striping (white hull restored by polished and wax/ striping painted 2004), perpex windows in aluminium framing, vinkeel, displacement approx. 7.4 tons, wheel steering and emergency tiller.
