GRP sailingyacht Southerly 105 "Zuiderlij", built 1980, dim.: 10,84 (lwl 8,38) x 3,62 x 0,61/2,03 m, built by Northshore - Great Britain and designed by Dick Carter, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, perspex windows in superstructure and glass windows in hull and cockpit, round-bilged hull, centre board, swing keel, displacement approx. 6,5 ton, ballast approx. 3 ton (cast iron), fuel capacity approx. 1 x 200 ltr (steel tank), water capacity approx. 2 x 200 ltr. (aluminium tank), 2 x mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 3 cabins, 5 fixed berths and 3 extra in saloon, headway approx. 1,90 m, 1 x manual toilet, shower, Webasto diesel heating, electric waterpressure system, geyser (not used), Plastimo 2-burner gasstove with oven, 6-persons crockery.
