GRP sailing yacht , type Dekker one off "Eye off the wind", launched in 1998, built by Scheepspwerf " Aalsmeer " - Holland, dim.: 12,00 m x 3,80 x 1,40 m, GRP hull, superstructure: ply wood + teak, teak deck, hardened glass windows in aluminium frame, Gebo hatches, S-shaped hull, long keel, ballast: 3 tonnes (lead), fresh water capacity: 800 litres (stainless steel tank), fuel tank capacity: 600 litres with Racor water separator, sump tank of 600 litres, fuel and fresh water level indicator, hydraulic wheel steering.
Classic interior, teak in saloon and cockpit, mahogany in cabins, 3 (+2) berths.
In front: cabin with V-berth, single cabin with one berth and marine head.
Aft: cozy saloon and galley.
Electric water pressure system, Jabsco water pump, hot water through boiler (60 litres).
Marine head with wash bowl, shower and an electric toilet.
Galley with double stainless steel sink, fridge (s.s.), Gimeg four burner gas stove - thermal saved, Atag extractor, HC combitron.
Ford 2715E 6 cylinder 120 hp diesel engine, overhauled in 2007 by professionals, Morse engine control, propeller shaft stainless steel, Side power bow thruster.
Electric system: 24/220V, battery charger, four batteries.
Gauges for: engine temperature, oil pressure, Voltage 12/24V, engine hours, ampere (2x), Rev counter.
Raymarine Tridata: depth/speed and trip, Raymarine ST60 wind set: , Cetrek Pilot 730 autopilot.
Fixed windscreen with two wipers, sprayhood, cockpit cover, davits of stainless steel, life sling, Leroy Summer electric anchor winch, CQR anchors (approx. 35 kg), sea railing of massive stainless steel, bathing platform with stainless steel boarding ladder, bow ladder of stainless steel, electric horn.
Sloop rigged, aluminium mast, electric mast lowering system (s.s.), headsail furling system, stoway system for main, main sail (30m2), genoa (38m2), standing rigg of stainless steel, talie backstay adjuster, 2x Lewmar 30 ST two speed in cockpit, 2x Lewmar 9 - single speed on mast, Antal W8 single winch on aft deck.
