Timeless and elegant is this Rassy/Enderlein design. The Hallberg Rassy 352 is still one of the most popular yachts among sailors because of her performance, seaworthiness and comfort. Teakdeck replaced by a new one of 12mm., engine overhauled.

GRP sailing yacht, Hallberg Rassy 352 "Mouette Deu" built in 1980 by Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden, hull number: 147. Design by Christoph Rassy and Olle Enderlein. Each hull is built according to Lloyd's specification for "Certificate of Hull Construction". Dim.: Loa 10.54 m (Lwl 8.70 m) x 3.38 m x 1.67 m. GRP hull, deck and superstructure, original teak deck replaced by new teak of 12 mm in 2004 (no screws). hull painted in 1998. Deck and superstructure GRP-sandwich construction with polyvinyl cellular plastics as core material for strength and insulation. Plexiglass windows in aluminium framing. S-shaped hull, long keel, ballast keel of iron, moulded in and completely protected in GRP, rudder blade in GRP.. Displacement: 6.7 tonnes, ballast: 3 tonnes (iron. Fuel tank capacity: 1x 75 litres + 1x 135 litres (total 210 litres in two stainless steel tanks). Fresh water capacity: 300 litres (stainless steel tank). Sump tank (toilet) with electric pump. Mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front and aft cabin, 5 (+2) berths, head main cabin: 1.89 m. Pressurized water system, hot water through boiler, Eberspeacher heating. Forward cabin with two comfortable berths (2,05 m), stow room below berths, cupboard forward in cabin above berths, shelves at the sides. Upholstery replaced in 2006. A door separates the forward cabin for the passage to the main cabin. On SB side of the passageway two good sized hanging lockers. On port side a roomy toilet cabin with wash basin, mirror, toilet lockers and a manual under water toilet and shower. The floor is made as a shower stall with teak grating over a drained wall, headroom: approx. 1,85m. Cozy saloon with fair sized sofa berths (PS and SB). Portside sofa is made as a L-sofa (2,00 m). Bookshelves and lockers behind sofas, large table with fording wings, stow room for bottles etc. in mid section of the table. Aft in main cabin an U-shaped galley equipped with double stainless steel sinks, a two burner gas stove with oven, fridge (12V/220V), lockers for crockery, drawers etc. On PS side the navigation table with chart locker, drawers, electric switch panel with voltage, fresh water and fuel tank meters. In the passage way to the aft cabin there is a work bench with stowage lockers. There is a locker for oil skin gear below companionway ladder. Aft cabin with a small double berth and a single berth, drawers below berths, cupboard above berths, shelves at the sides. Hanging locker on port side of the cabin, escape hatch to deck. Upholstery replaced in 2006. Stereo with CD-player with speakers in saloon.

Volvo Penta MD21B 75 hp diesel engine - overhauled in 2002 (copy invoice available). Morse engine control system, intercooling system. Three bladed propeller, propeller stainless steel. Electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power, Batteries: start 1x 120 Ah. + service 2x 108 Ah., automatic battery charger, inverter. Electrical and manual bilge pump, two fire extinguishers.

Radar JVC with 7'' screen - dome in mast, Navtex, SSB receiver. Simrad RT64 VHF with extra speaker outside, Simrad handheld VHF + charger. AIS receiver (connected to computer) Computer with navigation program SOBvMAX and C-maps digital charts. HP-printer. Sestrel compass on pedestal, Fluxgate compass, Furuno GP32 GPS (connected to computer), Nasa Clipper echosounder, VDO wind set: speed, direction and close hauled, VDO log, Autohelm 6000 autopilot.

Fixed sprayhood with hardened glass in aluminium framing, sprayhood (2005), cockpit cover and bimini. Manual windlass, anchor chain, CQR anchor, Danfoss anchor. Boarding ladder (stainless steel), two wired stainless steel sea railing. Plastimo Offshore 4 persons life raft.

Sloop rigged, Selden Mast AB: aluminium silver anodized mast with one set of spreaders, fittings stainless steel, Furlex headsail furling system. Sails: 2x main sail, furling genoa of 36m2 (De Vries Lemmer 2004), 2x jib, spinakker. Spinakker equipment. Sail covers, backstay adjuster, boomvang, spi pole. Winches: Isolated backstay adjuster.
