Allgemein
GRP sailing yacht Atlas 1100 "Albacora", built in 1987 by Celivent AB Barcelona - Spain. Dim.: 11,85 x 3,85 x 1,90 m, headway: approx. 16,00 m. GRP hull, superstructure and deck, anti-slip with profile on deck. Marine deck 2000 in cockpit. Fin keel, round bilged blue hull - osmosis treatment Winter 2010/2011. Colored Plexiglas windows (must be checked). Displacement: approx. 11 tons , ballast: approx. 4.4 tons Fuel tank capacity: 200 liter, fuel level indicator. Fresh water tank capacity: 400 liter, fresh water level indicator. Sump tank for toilet aft with level indicator. Mechanical wheel steering, stainless steel pedestal. Emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany interior, saloon, front and aft cabin, 4 (+1) berths, two heads. Pressurized water system, hot water through boiler (220V). Webasto diesel heating (4800W/12V) with timer. Vibell electric heating. Cosy saloon with U-shaped settee and bench, large folding table in between. Forward: Cabin with V- berth, heads with wash bowl, shower and toilet (just outside). Aft: Cabin with double berth, heads with wash bowl, shower and toilet (sump tank). Galley with sink, pressurized mixer tap (hot/cold water), foot pump with separate tap, Enders two burner gas stove (cardanic) - gas hose must be replaced, Domestic extractor, cool box with Isotherm element. Counter top exchanger.

Sole 4 cylinder 38 hp diesel engine on Mercedes base, Sole gearbox 2,5:1. Extra filter system: fine filter + water separator. Intercooling system with wet exhaust. Propeller shaft of stainless steel, 3 bladed propeller. Electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power. Batteries: 2x AGM of 90 A, 1x Vetus of 225 A and a starting battery of 90 A. Leab 25A automatic battery charger + a Stirling 40A battery charger with remote control. Statpower inverter of 1500W. Solar cells with charger. Separate generator (Retek - petrol). Electric and manual bilge pump. Fire extinguisher (must be inspected), fire blanket. Marine Technologies Sea XL gas detector.

Plastimo Horizon 135 compass + one inside (with air bubble). Autohelm Tridata with Autohelm repeater inside. Wind set: speed + direction. Shipmate RS8300 VHF in- and outside (no Atis). Garmin GPS with map 176C and plotter function, Garmin 276c plotter. Siemens RK 770 receiver. Klipper navtex. Apelco AR 16 - 16 miles radar. Autohelm autopilot with rudder indicator function. Tahiti megakich stereo with radio / CD / MP3 / SD. Orion DVD and video.

Bimini, cockpit table. BFA life raft in container (must be inspected), life lines. Electric anchor winch, anchor, anchor chain. Stainless steel boarding ladder, two wired sea railing of stainless steel, fender holders of stainless steel. Wempe clock, barometer, thermo and hydro meter. Burglar alarm.

Sloop rigged, aluminium mast, Profurl furling boom, Profurl headsail furling system, standing rig of stainless steel, fittings of stainless steel and aluminium, back stays, Diamond stays and baby stay. Sails: main sail, half winder (on a roller, Genua 120%. Sail cover. Lewmar winches: 2x 30 ST + 2x 46 ST + 2x 40 ST + 1x 48 ST + 1x 40 electric winch. Spinlocks: 8x. Boom vang, spi pole.
