Below decks she provides very spacious accommodation, ample storage space and is well kept by her first and only owner. GRP sailing yacht Beneteau First 405 "Carissima" built in 1988 (commissioned 1991) by Beneteau France, dim.: 12,46 (lwl 10,00) x 3,96 x 2,17 mtrs, design by Jean Berret, 1e Cat. de Navigation, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak in cockpit, windows in alum. framing, teak in cockpit, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 8,7 tonnes, ballast: 3,7 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 130 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertanks: total 360 ltrs, Goiot mechanical wheelsteering with destroyer type steeringwheel (leather covered), emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, dinette, headroom: 1,90 mtr, 2 x toilet and shower, Webasto diesel ducted hot air heating, galley with double stainless steel sinks, electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (engine/220v), Frigoboat 12v fridge, Electrolux s.s. two burner gasstove with oven. Lots of stowage space and ample sized cabins.
Perkins 4.108 50 hp (36kW) diesel, installed in 1988, approx. 1440 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, two bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 3,5 ltr/hr, manual/electric bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, shorepower, 2 x 120amp service batteries, 80amp start battery, Victron Pallas 25amp automatic batterycharger.

Sprayhood, Vetus Alexander II electric windlass with CQR anchor with 50 mtr (10mm) chain, Philips radio/cassette player, boardingladder, fenders, warps, outboard support, lifebuoy, radar reflector, cockpit table, opening gates in searailing.
Sloop-rigged, Isomat aluminium double spreader mast with s.s. standing rigging, Furlex genoa furler, Dynema running rigging (2003), 5 sails: semi-battened main with Lazy Jacks (high-tech laminate Quantum Sails 2003 / 140% furling genoa triradial (high tech laminate Quantum Sails 2003) / working jib / stormjib / tri-radial spi (De Vries Sails), spare older main and genoa, covers for main and furling genoa, slabreefing for main, tackle boomvang, mechanical backstayadjuster, 2 x Lewmar 52CST primary sheetwinches (larger than standard), 2 x Lewmar 40C secondary sheetwinches, 2 x Lewmar 43CST halyardwinches.
