The famous fast cruiser/racers DB1 and DB2 formed the basis for the extremly successfull range of the Dehler 34/106. Introduced with new design features as the lengthend hull and different (better) interior layout, the Dehler 34/106 has earned the appreciation by many and is already a classic in its own right. Excellent performance under sail, innovative design, comfort and ease of handling make this yacht ideal for family cruising with "a kick". Worth mentioning is the excellent conditon of the interior. Current owner is second in line, showing how much fun this yacht really is.

GRP sailingyacht Dehler Optima 106 / Dehler 34 "Ondeugd", built in 1987 by Dehler Yachtbau Gmbh, Germany, dim.: 10.60 (lwl 8.60) x 3.40 x 1.70 mtr, headway: 15.30 mtr, design by Van de Stadt & Partners, grp hull, deck and superstructure, perspex windows in aluminium framing, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder (rudder + bearigs renewed in 2003), displacement: 3,8 tonnes, ballast: 1,8 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 60 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 90 ltrs (polytheen), tiller steering.
Classic mahogany interior (cabins in white ash), 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom 1.88 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet (Jabsco 2003), galley with electric waterspressure system, Eno three burner gasstove with oven, Supercool 12v fridge.
Yanmar 2GM20 18 hp (13kW) diesel, installed in 1987, direct coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, two bladed fixed propeller, new Volvo Seal, cruisingspeed approx. 6 kn, consumption approx. 2 ltr/hr, 1 x manual bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, shorepower, batterycharger, 2 x 88amp batteries.
