GRP deckhouse sailing yacht Dehler 41 DS "Existence", built in 1995 by Dehler Yachtbau, Germany dim.: 12,45 (lwl 11,05) x 3,90 x 1,95 mtr, built to German Lloyds specifications, designed by Judel & Vrolijk, grp hull deck and superstructure in creme white, round bilged hull, up-side down fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 8,3 tonnes, ballast: 3,3 tonnes (cast iron), teak decks, perspex windows, fueltank: 150 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 400 ltrs in two tanks (both tankindicaters defect + small leakage in upper part aft fresh water tank), holding tank 50 ltrs (not connected:), Solimar wheelsteering with cover and emergency tiller.

Light Gambaya interior, forward cabin with a double centreline bed two settees ample stowage, ensuite head and shower (and wet locker), large well equipped galley to port, deck saloon with U-shaped dinette (can be converted into an extra berth), genuine leather upholstery, chart table to port, aft cabin with double berth, sleeps total 4(+2), headroom 1,95mtr. Eberspacher diesel ducted air heating, galley with double sink, Triton-Belco three burner gasstove and oven, electric waterpressure system, boyler (app. 20 ltrs) hot water on engine/220V, Coolmatic frontloading 12V refrigerator.

Yanmar 4JH-2E 4-cylinder diesel engine, 48 hp (35 kW), approx. 1880 hrs., indirect cooling, mechanical gearbox, shaft drive to Gori three bladed folding propellor (spare fixed prop available), fuel consumption 3 ltr/hr, cruising speed 7 Kn. 1x electric/1x manual bilgepump, Rheinstrom 4,7 kW bowthruster, Laser 3,5 kW diesel generator 124 hrs. 12/220 V electrical sytem, 2 x Gel batteries, 2 x start batteries, Victron combi automatic battery charger/inverter with remote, shore power with cable and earth leak protection.

Suunto pedestal compass, log, echo sounder and windset (masttop unit defect), multi display all Dataline by Robertson/Simrad, Sailor RT 2048 VHF (with Atis), Furuno 1621 radar, Robertson/Simrad AP 3000 autopilot with remote, Philips MK8 GPS, ICS Navtex4 reciever, Pioneer radio/cd player, Vetus electronic barograph. Radardome and antenna's are mounted on a s.s. instrument-post at the stern.

Sprayhood, Bimini-top, foldable cockpit table, liferaft (inspection due), fire blanket, radar reflector, Lewmar electric 2.400 Watt windlass with anchor and chain, boardingplatform with boarding ladder, Grundig colour TV, Sanyo VCR, Glomex TV antenna, gas-alarm, etc.

Sloop-rigged (9/10) Dehler double spreader keel stepped mast, stainless steel standing rigging, Furlex furling system, 3 sails; full batten main (Elvström) with Dehler Main Drop System and roller-beared mast-track / reefable self tacking jib (unused 2005/ Elvström) / gennaker (Elvström) with squeezer, single line reefing for main, tackle backstay adjuster, Easykick boomvang, 2x Lewmar 44CST electric sheet/halyard winches, spi-pole and whisker-pole.
