This Baltic is one of the rare centreboard performance cruisers on the market. Furthermore "High Tower" has been fitted out with a powerfull yet very easy to handle hydraulic stoway rig and electric winches. Ensuring full control under all circumstances by a crew of two persons. This makes her ideal for her new owners couple, who wish to upgrade in size, comfort and style. "High Tower" has had a full professional overhaul in 2001/2002.

GRP sailingyacht Baltic 48 DP Centreboard "High Tower", built in 1986 by Baltic Yachts Oy, Finland, completely overhauled in 2001, dim.: 14.64 (lwl 11.76) x 4.36 x 1.85 / 3.50 mtr, headway approx.: 22 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak decks (refurbished and new seals in 2002), hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, roundbilged hull, balanced spade rudder, finkeel with retractable centreboard (hydraulic operation with depth indicator), displacement: 12,1 tonnes, ballast: 6 tonnes (lead), fueltank: 1 x 170 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertanks: 415 ltrs (s.s.), sumptank: 70 ltrs (s.s.), mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, owners cabin with centreline double berth aft, two double guest cabins forward, sleepingaccommodations for six persons plus two extra in saloon, head/shower for the owners cabin, head for the guest cabins, headroom: 2 mtr, large U-shaped dinette, Eberspaecher diesel ducted air heating, Cruisair airconditioning in owners cabin, galley; electric waterpressure system with fresh water footpumps, 30 ltr boyler hot water system on engine/220v, Alpes three burner gasstove and oven, 200 ltr fridge, 200 ltr freezer (fridge & freezer new '01), extractor, Moulinex 220v microwave. Gas installation surveyed and certified.
