Excellent and one of the youngest Dehler 37 Cruising on the market. The Cruising version has a better and more comfortable interior layout and cherry wood finishing. As with all Dehlers, one may expect a good performance under sail and engine, easy handling and suitable for safe, reliable and comfortable cruising. Equipped with all options like electric winches, etc, etc.

GRP sailingyacht Dehler 37 Cruising "Lady Patricia", built in 1997/98 (commisioned july 1998) by Dehler Yachtbau Gmbh Germany, dim.: 11.20 (lwl 9.00) x 3.50 x 1.85 mtr, headway: 17 mtr, design by Buro Van de Stadt & Partners, built to German Lloyd's specifications, grp hull, Copperbottem permanent antifouling, deck and superstructure, TBS anti-slip surface on deck, perspex windows in aluminium framing, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 5.6 tonnes, ballast: 2.4 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 70 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 240 ltrs (polytheen), Solimar (mechanical) wheelsteering, wheel covered with leather, emergency tiller.
Cherry wood interior, 2 cabins and saloon, U-shaped dinette with ample seating, 4(+2) berths, ownerscabin with centreline double berth forward, guestcabin aft, headroom: 1.90 mtr, 1 x manual u.w.toilet, shower, Eberspächer diesel ducted air heating, galley; electric waterpressure system, hot water boyler on 220v. and engine, three burner gasstove and oven, 12v fridge (80 ltrs).
Yanmar 3GM30 27 hp (20kW) diesel, installed in 1997, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, Variprop thre blade feathering propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 3,5 ltr/hr, manual / electric bilgepumps, 12./220v electrical system, 2 x 135amp service batteries / 1 x 55amp starting battery, shorepower with earth leak braker, batterycharger.
Pedestral compass, GPS, Radar, Chart plotter, Electronic compass, Auto pilot, Race computer, VHF with GMDSS, 8 display heads (2 at chart table), all electronics are Corus from Navico.
Blaupunkt stereo CD/Radio tuner.
Sprayhood with cockpitcover, Simpson & Lawrence electric windlass, CQR anchor with 40 mtr chain, boardingladder, bathingplatform, fenders, warps, life buoy. cockpit table.
7/8 Sloop-rigged, Dehler aluminium double spreader mast with s.s. standing rigging, Furlex jib furling system, 4 sails: full batten main / furling bi-radial cruising jib / 140 % Genoa / top-gennaker (to be flew from bowsprit), quick slabreefing system, Dehler Maindrop system with lazy jacks, cover for furled genoa, tackle boomvang and tackle backstay adjuster, 2 x Lewmar electric self-tailing sheet winches 2 x Harken self-tailing halyard winches, spi-pole (also to use as bowsprit), spinnaker pole rail at mast.
