Nicely kept and well equipped Friendship 33. This Friendship 33 is fitted with the shallow draft wing keel which allows her to go into areas normally not possible and still keep sailperformance. Nice two cabin layout for family and friends. Lots renewed over the years.

GRP sailingyacht Friendship 33 "Silmaril", built in 1989/90 by Jachwerf Meijer, Balk Netherlands, dim.: 10,10 (lwl ) x 3,30 x 1,10 mtrs, headway: approx. 15,40 mtrs, design by Van de Stadt & Partners, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak in cockpit, windows in aluminium frames, roundbilged hull, shallow draft wing keel, balanced spade rudder (new bearings 2001), displacement: 4,3 tonnes, ballast: 1,7 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 50 ltrs, freshwatertank: 100 ltrs (polythylene), tiller steering.

Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom: 1,85 mtr, Webasto diesel ducted hot air heating, 1 x uw toilet and washbasin, galley: electric and manual waterpressure system, Techimpex three burner gasstove with oven, Indel 12v toploading fridge.

Volvo Penta 2002 18 hp (13kW) diesel, installed in 1989, major overhaul in 1997, direct coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, two bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 2 ltr/hr, manual/electric bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, shorepower, Victron Pallas 12v - 25amp automatic batterycharger, Victron 12v->220v 175 watt invertor, small windgenerator.

Plastimo compass, Simrad IS15 lo, echosounder, and windset, Shipmate RS8300 VHF, Furuno 1622 radar, Simrad TP30 autopilot, SimradCP32 chartplotter and gps, Nasa video navtex receiver.

Sprayhood, wintercover (with mast up), fenders, warps, Bruce anchor (30 mtr chain+25mtr line), manual windlass, boardingladder, small bathingplatform, cockpit table, etc.

Fractional rigged, Isomat aluminium mast with s.s. standing rigging (some standing rigging renewed 2003), Furlex genoa furler, 6 sails: full batten main with Lazy Jacks (Hagoort 2001) / furling jib (De Vries 1990) / stormjib (Hagoort 2001) / genoa I (Hagoort 1997) / genoa II (De Vries 1990) / spinnaker (Hagoort 2001), cover for main, tackle boomvang and backstayadjuster, 2 x Lemar 40A sheetwinches, 2 x Lewmar 16A halyard winches. For easy handling the halyards are lead aft into the cockpit, spi-pole stowed at mast.
