After the great success of the Princess 37, the newly developed 38 model was introduced. With her large ownerscabin, new interior and exterior styling, the 38 model was built for many years. Still very much a model in demand. With her twin Ford diesels she can plane and cover larger distances quite fast but can also cruise along more economically than her more powerfull sisters. Her large saloon/wheelhouse can be increased by opening her doors to the cockpit making her very accessible and comfortable. "Per Strada" has been kept in good condition throughout and comes well equipped.

GRP motoryacht Princess 38 "Per Strada", built in 1983 by Marine Projects, dim.: 11,60 (lwl 9,88) x 3,96 x 0,91 mtr, design by John A. Bennett, headway: 3,49 mtr (mast lowered), grp hull, deck and superstructure, grp anti-slip, displacement: 8,4 tonnes, fueltank: 1091 ltrs (mild steel), freshwatertank: 482 ltrs (aluminium), hydraulic wheelsteering in- and outside, flybridge with enginecontrols, 2 x settee and cover.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon/wheelhouse, 4(+2) berths, headroom: 1,95 mtr, ownerscabin forward with centreline double berth, 1 x u.w.toilet, 2 x shower, Kabola central heating system (diesel), galley with electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water (220v), Gimeg four burner stove, Whirlpool combi microwave/oven, Electrolux 12v fridge, extractor. The ceilings have been renewed and 12v halogen lighting installed.
2 x Ford Mermaid Majestic 190 hp (138kW) diesels, installed in 1983, apporx. 1700 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, hydraulic gearboxes. s.s. prop.shafts, four bladed fixed propellers, cruisingspeed approx. 10 knots, topspeed approx. 17 knots (dependable on load), 12/220v electrical system, shorepower connection, 30amp automatic batterycharger (combined with 1000watt invertor), 4 batteries, electric bow and sternthruster for easy handling.
2 x Plastimo Offshore compass', VDO sumlog, Eagle MagnaII echosounder/fishfinder, Shipmate RS8100 VHF (permitted in NL), Cetrek 701 autopilot (to be repaired), Garmin 126 GPS, Pioneed radio/cd player.
Cover for cockpit, stainless steel davits, electric windlass, Danforth anchor with chain, horn, fire extinguishers, 3 x windscreen wiper, fenders, warps, etc.
