Anmerkungen des Maklers
Predominantly known for their performance under sail, the Sigma range also has a good reputation for seakeeping, comfort and safety. Introduced in 1981 as the Sigma 36, the Sigma 362 is the final result of this well known English yard in the 36 foot range only to be shortly replaced by the 35 model. Two seperate cabins below decks with ample stowage space and comfort. Large enough galley with workspace and cupboards. Very much appreciated yacht by her first and only owner since new.

GRP sailingyacht Sigma 362 "Soetelief", built in 1987 by Sigma Yachts / Marine Projects Ltd, England, dim.: 10.98 (lwl 8.77) x 3.52 x 1.86 mtr, design by David Thomas, built to Lloyds specifications, headway: 16.50 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, perspex windows in aluminium framing, displacement: 5,8 tonnes, ballast: 2,3 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 110 ltrs, freshwatertank: 200 ltrs, Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+3) berths, 1 x u.w.toilet (needs overhaul) and shower, headroom: 1.91 mtr, Eberspaecher diesel ducted hot air heating, galley, electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water on engine, Plastimo Pacific two burner gasstove with oven, 12v fridge.
Volvo Penta 2003 28 hp (20kW) diesel, installed in 1987, approx. 3200 runninghours, direct coolingsystem, Volvo Penta mechanical gearbox (2003), s.s. propellershaft, two bladed Gori folding propeller (2000), 1 x manual / 1 x electric bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, shorepower, 2 x 108 amp batteries, small batterycharger.
Plastimo Olympic 130 pedestal compass, Navman echosounder (2000), Stowe log, Stowe windset (lcd repeater not functioning), Shipmate RS8000 VHF (with Atis), Autohelm ST4000 autopilot, Magellan 1200 GPS, radio receiver, radio/cassette player.
Sprayhood (to be replaced), Avon 4 persons liferaft (last inspected 05/2003), lifebuoy, lifelines on deck, S&L windlass manual, Bruce (10kg) anchor with 40mtr chain/line, second anchor (15kgs), boardingladder, Windpilot self-steering windvane, fenders, warps, radar reflector, cockpit table.
Sloop-rigged, Selden/Kemp aluminium double spreader mast, s.s. standingrigging renewed in 2001, Furlex headsailfurler, sails: semi-battened main (M-Sails 2003) / genoa I (Sobstad 1987) / genoa II (Sobstad 1987) / High Aspect jib (Neill Pryde 2000) / stormjib (Sobstad 1987) with removable inner forestay, cover for main, slabreefing for main, mechanical boomvang, 2 x 46CST + 2 x sheetwinches, 2 x self-tailing halyardwinches, all by Lewmar, spi-pole.
