Allgemein
GRP sailing yacht Dufour 40 Performance "Mokum", launched in 2003, built in 2002 by Dufour Yachts - France, dim.: Loa 12,32 (Lwl 10,74 m) x 3,90 m x 2,10 m, headway: approx. 17,65 m (without antenna).
Hand laminated GRP hull, vacuum bagged PVC foam core sandwich above water line, NPG Gel coat with first layer of cloth impregnated with NPG resin forming an optimum barrier against osmosis, inner moulded hull bottom, structural framing laminated to the hull. Deck in PVC foam core sandwich moulded by injection process (Resin Transfer Moulding) for significant weight saving with teak side decks and teak cockpit floor, displacement: 7,9 tonnes, ballast: 2,69 tonnes (lead).
Fuel tank capacity: approx. 160 litres, gauge on electric switchboard, Polyethylene tanks for a total of approx. 350 litres fresh water, black water tank for toilet, large (leather covered) steering wheel on Whitlock pedestal, emergency tiller.
Light Maobi mahogany interior, saloon + two cabins, 4 (+2) berths.
Saloon with large U-shaped settee to port + settee on starboard, forward cabin with large berth (approx. 2,20 x 1,96 m), aft cabin (berth approx. 1,95 x 1,41 m), headroom companionway: approx. 1,98 m.
Marine head with moulded wash basin, separate shower with direct drainage by electric pump, manual marine toilet (in waste tank of just outside).
L-shaped galley, Corian work top, double stainless steel sinks, pressurised water (hot/cold), two burner cooker with oven, Frigomatic 12V electric refrigerator with ice cube compartment, water heater of 20 litres - running on engine transfer and 110V, separate gas locker in cockpit.
Volvo D55 - 55 hp diesel engine (instead of the standard 40 hp diesel engine), sail drive transmission, heat exchanger, anti-siphon valve, large capacity sea water filer, control panel close to helmsman with hour meter (defect), tachometer and Plexiglas protection, alternator with battery isolator. Fuel filter with water separator. Two bladed folding propeller, electric bilge pump with strainer and filter and controls on switchboard. Manual bilge pump operated from cockpit. Electricity: 12V DC System, 16 function backlit switchboard, 12V outlet at galley and switchboard, batteries: 1x 100 Ah engine + 1x 100 Ah service, shore power socket in cockpit (110V), battery charger 25 A.
Large format chart table with hinged desk top, seat with stowage underneath. Plastimo pedestal compass, 2x Raymarine ST 60 Tridata, 2x Raymarine ST60 wind set, Raymarine Pathfinder SL70 Radar, Raymarine ST600i autopilot, Raymarine Multi viewer at chart table, Icom ICM401euro VHF (No Atis), Apelco VXL 501 handheld VHF, Furuno WAAS GPS 32, VDO radio with CD player with speakers inside and in the cockpit.
Teak trimmed seats, swim/bathing platform - teak trimmed in central part, stainless steel bathing ladder with teak steps, cockpit shower in aft locker, electric anchor winch with a CQR anchor and chain, cockpit cushions, spray hood with aft handrail, life lines with walkthrough rollers, mid ship cleats.
9/10 rig, anodised aluminium mast with double swept backed spreaders, deck stepped, genoa furling system, full battened main sail with Luffschuttle batten cars + special bi radial roller furling genoa, main sail cover. Main sail track on cockpit sole, adjustable genoa cars on sheet tracks with piston lead blocks, double sheet turning blocks with built-in jammer, 6 sheave deck organizers for halyard returns, 5 +2 clutches on coach roof, 2x 44.2 ST halyard winches on coach roof + 2x 48 ST genoa sheet winches on coamings - close to helmsman. Spinlock clutch on toerail for genoa furling line, backstay adjuster, removable inner forestay with halyard, spinnaker pole and halyard (no spinnaker), boom vang.
