Depicted as a sailing "classic", the Spirit 36 has earned itself the right to be called a first class sailing yacht with pedigree. Designed for fast, but safe, cruising in comfort, design by Jac. de Ridder. Mahogany interior, saloon + three cabins, 5 (+2) berths, headroom saloon: approx. 1.90 m, Webasto hot air heating. Second owner, she has never been raced or chartered and is little used, every winter stored inside (heated).

GRP sailing yacht, Spirit 36 "Onder Zeil" 9 (owners version II), built in 1989 by Bootbouwerij A.J. van Heygen in Boom - Belgium, building number: 24, dim.: Loa 11.30 m (Lwl 9.25 m) x 3.66 m x 1.69 m, design by Jac. de Ridder, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak on cockpit floor and benches, safety glass windows in aluminium framing, two extra portholes, round bilged hull with teak rubbing list, shallow draft fin keel, displacement: approx. 5,850 tonnes, ballast: approx. 2.4 tonnes (cast iron - epoxy treated), Antifouling renewed december 2009, fuel tank capacity: 75 litres (s.s. tank), fresh water capacity: 2x 130 litres (s.s. tank with inspection hole), waste tank capacity: 90 litres with vacuum generator, Whitlock pedestal, wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Mahogany interior, saloon + three cabins, 5 (+2) berths, headroom saloon: approx. 1.90 m, Webasto hot air heating (diesel), electric water pressure system.
Cozy saloon with a L-shaped settee to port side, a bench and navigation table to starboard side. Settee with extra high backrest, curtains with wooden support.
