Her classic lines may appeal to many, the features are still modern today. GRP motorsailer Dartsailer 38 "Shanty", built in1980 by Holland Boat Company Netherlands, dim.: 11,50 (lwl 9,60) x 3,75 x 1,45 mtr, loa incl. bowsprit 12,50 mtr, headway above waterline: 14 mtrs, design by W. De Vries Lentsch, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teakdecks new 2003, teak in cockpit, toughened glass windows in alum. frames (with covers), teak pilothouse, full bilged keel, displacement: 13 tonnes, ballast: 6 tonnes (internal steel ballast), fueltank: 450 ltrs (steel), freshwatertank: 450 ltrs (stainless), sumptank: 90 ltrs (epoxy) with electric pump-out (deck extraction prepaired), Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering in- and outside, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, refurbished in 2000/03, 2 cabins and pilothouse/decksalon with panoramic views, 4(+2) berths, slidingdoor access to cockpit, headroom: 1,88-1,96 mtrs, L-shaped settee in pilothouse, U-shaped settee in opposite of the galley in the salon area below decks, 1 x uw electric toilet, shower with drain, Webasto Airtop 3500 diesel ducted hot air heating (2003).
Galley: electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (Isothemp 220v/engine, 2003), 24v compressore toploading fridge, Equator 3 three burner gasstove with oven, crockery set.
Mitsubishi S6S 90 hp (66kW) diesel, installed in 1997, approx. 1500 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, Paragon hydraulic gearbox, propshaft with three bladed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 4,5 ltr/hr, manual and electric bilgepumps, 24v/220v electrical system (overhauled 2000), 2 x 16150amp service batteries (2009), 2 x 180 amp startbattery (2007), shorepower, Mobitronic 24v/15amp automatic batterycharger, 75watt 24v solarpanel, Vetus 50kgf electric bowthruster.
Sestrel pedestal compass in cockpit, Plastimo Offshore 105 compass inside, VDO Logic log and echosounder, VDO windset, Raymarine Ray49E VHF (Atis+DSC) with cockpitspeaker, Raymarine ST7002 autopilot, Furuno 1622 radar, AIS transponder, MLR FX312 gps, VDO radio/cd player, flatscreen color TV. Most of the navigational electronics is recently installed.
Plastimo 6 pers liferaft (valid till 2014), lifebuoy, S&L electric anchorwinch (2003), Delta anchor with 40 mtr chain, spare anchor with 40 mtr line, boardingladder, teak rubbingstrake with stainless strip, hot/cold deckshower, deckwash pump, horn, 3 x windscreen wipers, fenders, warps, cockpit cushions, cockpit table, cover for wheel pedestal, small set of spares for engine, fire extinguisher. Underwaterbody epoxy treated with warranty.
Ketch-rigged, white coated V/d Neut/Seldén stoway mast (2010), V/d Neut mizzen mast (1980, refurbished 2003), running and standing rigging mostly renewed, 4 sails: stoway main Van Vliet Sails 2010 / furling genoa De Vries Sails 2006 / mizzen sail De Vries Sails 2006 with cover / staysail with hanks De Vries Sails 2006, 2 x Lewmar 40ST electric sheetwinches in cockpit, 2 x Lewmar ST30 halyardwinches, Sparcraft mechanical boomvang, spi-pole stowed at the mast, mast lowering system.
