A true seagoing sailing yacht built by a wharf which earned her recognition for a long period of time already. She is built and equipped to cruise long distances. Nix is one off the best well kept Nordia 45 at the market. Well maintained and in a very good condition, inside and out. She has an ideal layout for long distance cruising. The large center-cockpit is a secure and comfortable station and with her strong steel construction you can cruise with peace of mind. Her recent upgrades have resulted in this yacht in a almost like new condition. Fully equipped with furling sails, complete navigation and as new teakdeck, this yacht is ready to cruise anywhere safely and with comfort, inspection recommended.

Steel sailing yacht Nordia 45 "Nix", built and delivered in 1978, buildingnumber 1024, dim.: 14.90 x 3.86 x 1.90m., headway approx. 16.00 m., built and designed by Van Dam Nordia B.V. - Holland, teak deck completely replaced by Dorr 2005, S-shaped white hull, long keel, displacement: approx 15 tons, pumps for fuel tank: 800 liters, fresh water tank 900 liters, waste water tank for cockpit , black water tank for overboard and deck, all recently replaced, 4 x bilgepumps also recently replaced, hydraulic steering, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon, dinette, two cabins (1 cabin with double berth and 1 cabin with 2 single berths (V) and 2 berths in the saloon possible, headroom approx. 1.90 m., one electric toilet, washingbowl and separate manual/electric shower (2007 replaced), Eberspacher D8L heating from 2003 (revision 2008), water through boiler 230 V and motor, electrical water pressure system, large galley with refrigerator, two sinks, 4-burner Force 101 stove/oven and grill (2008), wachingmachine/dryer.
Mercedes 6 cilinder 125 hp (overhauled 2004), hydraulic gearbox, consumption approx. 6 liters/hour, Westerbeke generator (2008) running hours approx. 60, batteries replaced 2008 (1 x generator, 2 x motor and 2 x light), shore power, Mastervolt automatically battery charger/invertor Combi 24/100/3000 (2003), wipers, hydraulic bowthruster, electric circuit 12/24/230V, strong engine for autopilot, engine room blasted and painted 2008, automatic fire extinguishers for engine room, all outboard cranes replaced 2008, tanks cleaned and treated 2008, electric windlass.
At the cockpit: Raymarine ST7000+ autopilot with remote, Raymarine ST60 log/echosounder/wind/compass, Raymarine 80Cplus color plotter/radar with extra large screen, Skanti VHF, Sestrel magnetic compass, at the charttable: Raymarine ST80 masterview, Raymarine ST 6001 autopilot, Raymarine RL70C color plotter/radar, Raymarine 300 GPS, Nasa Navtex, Nasa weatherman, Westerbeke generator control panel, Mastervolt combi system control panel, clock, baro and build-in save.
Fixed steering house with opening windows, cockpit cover, cockpit cushions all around, entree frontship and afship true cockpit, large round settee, steeringwheel with dashboard, 2 x wipers, fenders, lines, boarding ladder and a separate swimming ladder.
Ketch-rigged, standing/running rigging completely replaced 2005, inmast furling Main of 32 m2, furling Genua of 46 m2, furling jib of 21m2 and in mast furling staysail of 15,5 m2 (all perfect condition), on both masts Anderson winches, 2 x electric Anderson genoa winches, 2 x manual Lewmar winches for jib, 1 x Lewmar mainsail winch, 1 x electric Anderson winch for reefing frontsails.
