Super Falcon 45, built in 1994 at Shipyard VanderValk-Waalwijk, The Netherlands. Unfortunately this motoryacht is not kept in good condition. Repairs at the teakdeck, paintwork at hull and superstructures and also replacement of veneer and ceilings in the interior are needed.

Modern ashwood interior with teakdeck inside, headway approx. 1.95 m., saloon, dinette, 3 cabins and galley. Master bedroom with French bed and wardrobes. Bathroom, washbasin, toilet and shower. Guestcabin with double bed. Second guestcabin with bunkberths. Second bathroom with washbasin and toilet. Trumatic heating. Half-round dinette. Galley, worktop with sink and 4-burner gas-cooker, hot water by boiler, pressurized watersystem, Bosch electric oven, fridge with deepfreeze inside, extractor. Outside steering positon, aftdeck with decklockers. New cooker/oven in box. Interior needs repairs at veneer and ceilings.
