Ouwens Kotter "Sanoek", built in 1979 by Jachtbouw Ouwens in Schiedam - Holland, dim.: 10,67 m x 3,40 m x 1,35 m, steel hull and superstructure, teak deck (needs maintenance and partly replacement), single glass windows in aluminium framing, round bilged hull, displacement: approx. 12 tonnes, iron cast ballast, fuel tank s/s: 2x 400 litres, fresh water tank s/s: 2x 400 litres, hydraulic wheel steering in- and outside + joystick.
Classic teak interior, wheelhouse, dinette and galley, front and aft cabin, 4 (+2) berths, heads with wash bowl, electric toilet and shower (pump not connected), Eberspächer hot air heating, electric water pressure system, galley with sink, fridge, four burner gas stove with oven. Boiler prepared but must be connected
Ford Mermaid 120 hp 6 cylinder diesel engine, Ford gearbox, intercooling - wet exhaust, extra fuel filter system, Morse engine control, consumption: approx. 5 litres per hour, cruising speed: approx. 14 km per hour, s/s propeller shaft with three bladed propeler - greased lubricated, Rheinstrom electric 7,5 hp bowthruster, two fire extinguishers (must be inspected), electric circuit: 12v/24v/220v (outside connection defect), batteries: 400 ah of 2003 + one spare set of 2000, shore power, Krijnen battery charger 25 Amp., invertor 24/12 V.
Magnetic compass, VDO echosounder + log, Sailor RT2048 compact VHF (no Atis), rudder indicator, professional Van de Velden autopilot with curve indicator, stereo with cassette, satelite disk (no T.V. set).
Cover protection steering position, winter cover, search light, dinghy, davits s/s, plough anchor with chain, boarding ladder, bathing platform, sea railing: massive s.s., three wipers, charts and books, clock, baro and hygrometer.
Aluminium mast, hydraulic mast lowering system, standing rig s/s, dacron brown stay sail with cover.
