GRP motor yacht Princess 412 names "Dolce Vita", built by Marine Projects in the UK in 1982, design by John Bennett, dim: 12..55 (10.52 lwl) x 3.96 x 0.99m, displacement approx. 9 tonnes, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, aluminium window frames, tinted safety glass, capacity fueltanks 1.273 l, capacity watertanks 455 l, hydraulic steering, second steering position on flybridge.
Spacious teak interior, open cockpit, saloon, with L-shaped settee on starboard and a sofa on portside, raised helm position, galley features, stove, fridge, oven, hot water from boiler, water pressure system, Eberspaecher heating, two double cabins with queen size berths, 2 x toilet, shower.
2 x 235 HP Volvo diesels, type TAMD 60B, enginehours approx. 4.200, consumption approx. 10 litres/hour @ 7 knots - 30 litres/hour @ 15 knots, speed approx. 22 knots, Twin Disc hydraulic gearboxes 1.5 : 1 reduction, stainless steel propeller shafts, 4-bladed alu-bronze propellers, ships voltage 12/220V, shore power, battery charger.
2 x Plastimo compass, VDO Sumlog, Space Age echosounder, Cetrek 701 autopilot, SBB-receiver.
