Motor yacht PRINCESS 45, built in 1989 by Marine Projects - UK, hull no. 1256, design by Bernard Olesinski, dim: 13,57 x 4,30 x 1,10m, deep-V GRP hull and superstructure, GRP deck with synthetic teak finish, polished stainless steel window frames, tinted safety glass, capacity fueltank 1.568 litres, capacity watertank 805 litres, displacement approx. 11 tonnes, hydraulic steering, emergency tiller, second steering position on flybridge.
Open cockpit with sliding doors to saloon, cosy interior, finishes in blue leather (2005), and new capeting (2005), headroom approx. 1.95m, ample seating and plenty of storage space, dinette (converts to double berth) and galley forward, 2 cabins (1x double, 1 x twin), 2 x toilet/bidet and shower, hot air heating (diesel fired), galley features: double sink, 2 x fridge, stove: 2 x electric + 2 x propane, oven/microwave/grill, extractor, hot water from 80 litre boiler (220V/engine), water pressure system.(gas system need to be checked)
2 x 375 HP Caterpillar diesels type 3208, enginehours 1.900, engines recently serviced (april 2005) by Caterpillar (Pon Power), intercooling, ZF hydraulic gearboxes RM 301, stainless steel propeller shaft, 2 x 3-bladed bronze propellers, speed approx. 30 knots, consumption approx. 20 litres/hour @ 10 knots, Vetus 3 kW electric bowthruster, 10,5 kW G&M generator, ships voltage 12/24/220V, Mastervolt battery charger 50A, Mastervolt inverter 1.500W, 750 Ah batteries, 2 x starter batteries + separate generator battery, shore power with power cord.
Compass, Simrad C32 chartplotter, Shipmate 8400 VHF with atis plus repeater, Shipmate navtex, B&G autopilot (not proper working), B&G hydra 2000 log/echosounder plus repeater, Furuno radar, also Shipmate GPS 8200, GMDSSS radio ICOM and full engine instrumentation inside and on upper helm.
Bang & Olufsen TV, DVD-player, stereo: tuner/CD-player/MP3 (2004) with upgraded speakers (inside and on flybridge), safe, spare parts, emergeny bilge pump, automatic bilge pump, trim tabs (trim indicators defect), 3 x paralel wipers with washer, deckwash, deckshower, swimplatform, swimladder, stainless steel searailing, fenders, mooring lines, docking lights forward and aft, electric Lewman windlass with 30m anchor and chain, intercom, stainless steel Simpson davits, coffee maker, searchlight, window ventilation, cockpit cover and cushoins (needs replacement), flybridge cover, clock/barometer.
