De Ruiter Kotter 1800 'ZEE - AREND' is a solid built and sturdy looking kotter, built only thirty years ago. Her current owner has been upgrading the yacht during the last couple of years (2002) to adapt her to the new millenium. A beautifully designed hull. The large fuel- and watertanks, double engines and generator makes the 'ZEE - AREND' very suitbale for long range cruising at sea.

Allgemein
Classic steel motor yacht built in Holland in 1973 by De Ruiter shipyard Hardinxveld Giessendam to a A. Volker and J.J. van Meulen desin. Dim.: 17.85 x 4.80 x 1.60 m., minimum head way 3.45m. Steelwork 6, 5 and 4 mm, two steering positions (one on sundeck), displacement: 52 t. Ballast: 4 t. Teak deck. Sleeps 6 in 2 cabins, 1 cabin can be converted into two cabins. 2x 120 hp Fiat engines. Hydraulic bowthruster. Kabola central heating, reverse cycle air conditioning.
Classic teak interior with saloon, galley and pilothouse on deck level and two cabins on the lower deck level. Interior completely refitted in 2001/2002. Sleeps up to 6 in 2 cabins of which one can be divided into two cabins using a sliding door. Roomy saloon with comfortable L- shaped settee, teak floors inside, galley on main deck. Galley with Boffi stainless steel design kitchen with large fridge, deep freezer inside 4-burner gas stove, Siemens microwave, storage, Siemens dishwasher, Euronova 1000 F washing machine, Euronova dryer. Masters bedroom finished with ashwood, large French bed and ensuite bathroom facilities: washbasin, shower and electric toilet, Double guest cabin with 2x upper/lower berths, guest cabins with roomdivider, guest cabin finished with ashwood , second bathroom with manual toilet. Central heating system through Kabola 32 Kw and by reverse cycle Cruisair aircondition. Hot water through Kabalo as well.
Twin Fiat 120 hp diesel engines, engine type Aifo OM (806 AM) engines. Engines overhauled in 2003, oil lubricated shafts with three bladed bronze propellers. Velvet AS1571CR gearboxes, consumption: app. 25 lph at cruising speed. Cruising speed is app. 7-8 knots at 2000 rpm. Fuel capacity: 7000 l., Water capacity: 2000 l., Mastervolt Whisper 16000 Ultra 16 Kw generator, Hawker battery pack (12 elements) 400 Amp. Victron 24 - 1200 inverter, Tecpro battery charger, hydraulic bowthruster,
VDO logic (electric) compass, echosounder, GPS and log, Autohelm wind set, VHF, Furuno NX 300 Navtex, Raymarine C120 radar / chartplotter, Cetrek 775 autopilot, loudhailer and clearview.
Deck wash pump, intercom, loudhailer, Schneider DVD, covers for outside benches, sun awning, 8 persons life raft (last inspected 09-05), electrical windlass with app. 90 meter anchor chain, boarding ladder, sundeck with cushions, fenders, charts and books, and lots and lots more.
