'Gili' was built in the early seventies at the worldfamous shipyard P. Valk in Franeker/Holland. With her excellent sailing performances and low headway, she is perfect to cruise the inland waterways in Holland.

Steel motoryacht Valkvlet 11.20 'Gili', built in 1972, dim. approx. 11,20 x 3,50 x 1,00 metre, built by shipyard P. Valk in Franeker/Holland and designed by TH. Gillissen, displacement approx. 12 tonnes, dark blue steel roundbilged hull and white superstructure, teak deck, 2x 260 litre steel fuel tanks, 1x 600 litre stainless steel water tank. Single mechanical wheel steering with mechanic engine controls. 24V electric bow thruster.
Mahogany and teak interior, forward cabin with two single beds in V-shape, bathroom with toilet and shower on port side, galley with 2-burner gas stove with oven, Electrolux 60 litre frdge (12V/220V/gas), saloon with seating (which can be turned into a large bed) on starboard side, aft cabin with 2 single beds.
Single DAF 475 85hp diesel engine with hydrolic Velvet gearbox and stainless steel propellor shaft (grease lubricated) with bronze propellor, keel cooling with dry exhaust, 12V/24V/220V electric circuit with 1 service battery, 1 start battery and 2 batteries of 108 amp/h for the bowthruster, battery charger.
Eberspacher hot air heating, electric water pressure system with hydrofoor and geyser, electric bilgepump,
VDO electric compass, VDO log and seafarer 501 echosounder, Shipmate RS 8000 VHF with Atis, Neco autopilot, Magellan NAV 1200 gps, manually operated searchlight and clearview.
Winter cover, steel davits with Avon dinghy and seagull outboard engine, 2x life bouys, 4x life jacket, 1x safety line, manually operated windlass with Danforth anchor, wooden swimladder and aluminium/wooden gangway, 4 fenders and several lines. Barometer, radar reflector and cockpit cushions. Yacht repainted in 2003 with 'De IJssel' 2-component paint system.
