Steel semi-displacement motoryacht, Linssen 412 SCX, named "MILFORD SOUND", built by Linssen Shipyards-Maasbracht, Holland, built in 1996, dim. approx.: 12.55 x 3.85 x 1.25 m, steel multi chine hull, hull and decks made of 4m/m steel, dark blue hull, solid PVC fenderingaround hull,steel superstructures, teak decks, aluminium framed windows, displacement approx. 12 tonnes, capacity fuel tank approx. 1.500 litres, capacity water tank approx. 900 litres, capacity holding tank approx. 350 litres, hydraulic steering, second steering position on aft deck.
Cherry wood interior. Saloon with L-shaped settee and inside steering position. Spacious saloon with cherry wood table. Headroom saloon approx. 2.00 m. , headroom aftcabin approx. 1,94 m. Roomy open plan lay-out comprising forward round settee and dining area for 6 persons/second sleeping area. Galley with sink, 3-burner gas oven (not approved), fridge, washer/dryer. Forward large shower, toilet and washbasin. Owners cabin with double berth. En-suite shower, washbasin and toilet with electric heater inside. Frigoboat airconditioning and heating in main cabin. Wardrobes and storage space. Steel safe, mosquito nets on all windows. Escape hatch to rear bathing platform.
