Charming and functional pilothouse sailingyacht. Well built by Northshore and sturdy for use on the in- and offshore waters. Practical layout with two cabins and decksalon/pilothouse. Large cockpit with three ample sized lazarettes. Easy to handle with bowthruster and sheet/halyards lead aft into the cockpit. Due to circumstances the yacht needs a complete overhaul and this is reflected in the askingprice.

Teak interior, 2 cabins and decksalon/pilothouse, 4(+2) berths, dinette, headroom: 1,95 mtrs, 1 x uw toilet, shower and washbasin, Eberspaecher diesel ducted hot air heating. Galley: electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (220v/engine), Isotherm 12v fridge with holdingplate, Plastimo two burner gasstove with oven/grill.
