Charming and functional pilothouse sailingyacht. Well built by Northshore and sturdy for use on the in- and offshore waters. Practical layout with two cabins and decksalon/pilothouse. Large cockpit with three ample sized lazarettes. Easy to handle with bowthruster and sheet/halyards lead aft into the cockpit. Due to circumstances the yacht needs a complete overhaul and this is reflected in the askingprice.

GRP sailingyacht Vancouver 34 Pilot House, built in 1995 by Northshore Yachts Ltd, Engeland, dim.: 10,44 (lwl 8,38) x 3,20 x 1,46 mtr, design by Robet Harris, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teakdeck to be replaced, teak in cockpit, toughened glass windows, roundbilged hull, displacement: 7,6 tonnes, ballast: 2,7 tonns, fueltank: 180 ltrs (stainless), freshwatertank: 200 ltrs (plastic), sumptank, Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Teak interior, 2 cabins and decksalon/pilothouse, 4(+2) berths, dinette, headroom: 1,95 mtrs, 1 x uw toilet, shower and washbasin, Eberspaecher diesel ducted hot air heating.
Galley: electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (220v/engine), Isotherm 12v fridge with holdingplate, Plastimo two burner gasstove with oven/grill.
Yanmar 3GM30F 27 hp (20kW) diesel, installed in 1995, approx. 1825 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, stainless propellershaft, cruisingspeed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 3 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, three batteries, shorepower, Mastervolt automatic batterycharger, Sidepower bowthruster.

Sloop-rigged, Seldén aluminum mast, Furlex genoa furler with self-tacking jib-rail, stainless standing rigging, Seldén Rodkicker boomvang, 3 sails: Hagoort main (2007) / Hagoort jib (2007) / North Sails gennaker, covers for main and genoa, slabreefing for mainsail, 2 x Lewmar 44ST sheetwinches, 2 x Lewmar 16 halyard-sheet winches, spi-pole stowed at mast.
